This product features high-quality, large-core-diameter optical fiber (200/230 μm, meeting the multimode requirement of ≤8 dB/km at 850 nm), primarily used in converter valve equipment for DC transmission projects. It transmits laser signals of a specific power level to enable precise control of the converter valves. The sub-unit boasts a 2.2 mm black, low-smoke, halogen-free tight jacket with a cable diameter ranging from 10 to 15 mm. Additionally, the dual-core lengths decrease progressively, with the reduction length customizable to meet specific application needs. The cable exhibits exceptional bending and flame-retardant performance, effectively suppressing partial discharge (PD) phenomena under high-electric-field conditions. It also demonstrates outstanding dielectric strength and resistance to electric tracking, ensuring reliable operation even in demanding environments.
